Adam Pleskach (Beausejour, Man.) of the American International College was named the Atlantic Hockey Association Rookie of the week for his performance in the Yellow Jackets sweep of Bentley over the weekend. AIC claimed a 6-5 victory on Friday and 3-2 win in overtime on Saturday to improve their record to 5-19-2 overall and to 5-15-2 in the conference. The sweep was the teams first since their home-and-home with the Falcons in February 2008. Sophomore forward

The win improves the Yellow Jackets to 5-19-2 overall and to 5-15-2 in Atlantic Hockey, while the loss drops the Falcons to 11-14-3 this season and to 9-11-2 in the conference.
