Former AIC player Eric Lang is in his second season as an assistant coach.

Lang, a 1998 graduate of AIC, skated for the Yellow Jackets for four years and served as team captain in both his junior and senior seasons. Over his career, Lang totaled 15 goals and 34 assists for 49 points and led the team in assists as a sophomore with 14. A Dean’s List student at American International, Lang received the Henry Butova Leadership Award as a senior as well as the ECAC Merit Medal.

Since 2000, Lang has been a physical education instructor and varsity baseball coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, N.Y. and since 2002 has been the varsity hockey coach at Byram Hills High School in Armonk, N.Y. He has also served as an off-ice official for the NHL since 2003.
