Taila de Souza (Cunupia, Trinidad & Tobago) knocked down a match-high 18 kills and hit .441 to lead the Yellow Jackets (16-9, 7-6 NE-10) to the win.
Sophomore
Ellisha Terry (Fort Worth, Texas) added nine kills and 13 digs, while classmate
Kervelle Redhead (St. James, Trinidad & Tobago) handed out 35 assists with nine digs. She also had four kills and three service aces.
Senior Caitlynn Parnell (Medina, Texas) had 10 kills with five digs to lead the Ravens (6-17, 3-7 NE-10). Sophomore Dana Rowinski (Dix Hills, N.Y.) added eight kills and 13 digs, while junior Pamela Walker (Chino Hills, Calif.) tallied 30 assists with five kills and four digs.
AIC will next take on Millersville Sunday afternoon following Franklin Pierce’s 1 p.m. contest against the Marauders.
