Worcester, Mass. - The American International College women’s tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at Assumption College Sunday afternoon in a Northeast-10 match-up. Senior Sarah Pfefferkorn (Ludlow, Mass.) was 6-1, 6-0 winner at first singles and combined with classmate Tyler Rockefeller (Greenlawn, N.Y.) for an 8-5 win at first doubles.

The Greyhounds improved to 5-4 overall and 5-3 in the NE-10, while the Yellow Jackets fell to 0-9 overall and 0-8 in conference play. AIC will next host Le Moyne Tuesday in a 4 p.m. Northeast-10 contest.
