HARTFORD, Conn. – Freshman
Julie Collignon (Orvault, France) was the top finisher for the American International College women’s cross country team as she placed third at the Trinity College Invitational. Collignon finished the 4K race in a time of 16:46. The Trinity College Invitational was the season opener for the women’s cross country squad.
Sophomore
Jen D’Angelo (Watertown, Conn.) placed 31st in a time of 17:54, while junior
Sarah Beaudoin (Chicopee, Mass.) finished in 65th in 19:12. Freshman
Ariel Ingoglia (Dover Plains, N.Y.) rounded out the Yellow Jackets squad finishing in a time of 22:34.
Next up, AIC will compete at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational beginning at 10 a.m. next Saturday.
