SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The American International College baseball team swept Assumption in a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon at AIC Park.  The Yellow Jackets took the first game 9-4 and the second game 7-3. With the sweep, AIC's record improves to 7-14 on the season and 5-5 in the Northeast-10, while the Greyhounds fall to 10-14 on the year and 3-7 in the conference. Senior Jason Rustico (Plantsville, Conn.) went 5 for 7 on the day with five RBI's and four runs scored.

The Yellow Jackets trailed 3-2 heading into the seventh inning of game one when Rustico singled down the left field line, scoring freshmen Herb Coggeshall (Coventry, Conn.) and Dillon Fontaine (Amenia, N.Y.).
