Three Yellow Jackets Named to Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll

North Easton, Mass. - Sophomore forwards Ryan Leak (Brooklyn, N.Y.) Aikeem Vanderhorst (Bay Shore, N.Y.) the American International College men's basketball team and junior forward Stacy Boisvert (Agawam, Mass.) of the Yellow Jackets' women's basketball team were named to the Northeast -10 Weekly Honor Roll for their respective performances last week.

Vanderhorst scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds against Le Moyne Saturday, while Leak scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds against the Dolphins.

Boisvert led the Yellow Jackets with 22 points and a season-high 11 rebounds against the Dolphins on Saturday.

The men's basketball team returns to action Dec. 29 at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia for a 2 p.m. non-conference contest. The women's basketball team returns to action when it hosts the Sheraton/Hall of Fame Classic at Butova Gymnasium Dec. 29-30. The Yellow Jackets will open the Classic against Bloomfield Dec. 29 at 1:30 p.m. Saint Rose and Wilmington (Del.) will square off in the second game of the day at 3:30 p.m.
