Beyor Ties for 27th at NCAA Northeast Regional Championship

Complete Northeast Region Results 

Middletown, Del. - Freshman Garrett Beyor (Monson, Mass.) of the American International College men's golf team finished in a four-way tie for 27th among Northeast competitors at the NCAA Division II East/Northeast Super Regional, hosted by Wilmington College at Back Creek Golf Course  at St. Anne's Golf Club. He finished the three-day tournament with a 27-over par 240 on the par-71 course and was second among the individual competitors. 

Beyor's best round was a 77 on the second day of the championship after shooting an 83 on day-one. He closed out the championship with an 80. Senior Brian Mackey (Chestnut Ridge, N.Y.) of Dominican (N.Y.) was the top individual competitor and placed first overall with a nine-over par 222 (73-69-80) and Bryant took the team title with a 64-over par 916.
