Kessie Mention in Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll

Springfield, Mass - Senior midfielder Benard Kessie (Worcester, Mass.) of the America International College men's soccer team was listed on the Northeast-10 weekly Honor Roll after scoring the game winning goal in the Yellow Jackets season-finale win over New Haven 3-1 last Wednesday afternoon.

The soccer team finished the season 6-9-3 overall and 5-7-1 in the Northeast-10. The squad started the year on a slump but finished the season winning their last four contests and five out of their last six matches.

Kessie played with a great deal of energy down the stretch of the 2007 season. He finished in a tie for second on the team in scoring with two goals and three assists.
