Men's Tennis Tops Franklin Pierce 6-3

LUDLOW, Mass. - The American International College men's tennis team won its second straight match after posting a 6-3 decision over Franklin Pierce Monday afternoon at the Ludlow Tennis Club. The Yellow Jackets improved to 2-3 on the season and 2-2 in the Northeast-10, while the Ravens dropped to 1-6 overall and in conference play. Sophomore Max Collins (Westfield, Mass.) posted a 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 win over Roland Oganyan at second singles to lead AIC.

Freshman Robert Lubold (Holyoke, Mass.) notched a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 come-from-behind victory over Adit Phataraprasit at third singles and classmate Alex Dos Santos (Ludlow, Mass.) was a 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 winner over Max Logan at fourth singles.

The Yellow Jackets will next host Le Moyne Thursday at 3 p.m. at the AIC Tennis Courts.
