The win raises the Yellow Jackets' record to 5-18-2 overall and 4-12-2 in Atlantic Hockey, while the Pioneers fall to 2-23-1 overall and 1-17-1 in conference play.

Dana LeVangie
Dana LaVangie, a two-time all-American baseball player at AIC, was the bullpen catcher for the 2004 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. He led AIC to its first-ever College World Series berth in 1991.
WBB Title Game
The women’s basketball team played in the 2006 NCAA Division II national championship game, making them the first team at AIC in any sport to play for a national title.
Jim Calhoun 1
Three-time NCAA Division I national champion and Hall of Fame men’s basketball coach Jim Calhoun played for three seasons and started his Hall of Fame coaching career as a graduate assistant at AIC.
Kevin Collins
Former NHL linesman Kevin Collins totaled 67 points a member of the AIC men’s ice hockey team from 1968-72. He was an NHL linesman for 28 seasons, and officiated 12 Stanley Cup finals, two NHL All-Star games and the 1998 Olympics in Nagano, Japan.
2010 Fall Season Success
AIC had its most successful fall season ever in 2010, which saw a program-best five teams competing in the NCAA championships in addition to a first-place finish in the Northeast-10 for the football team.

Hall of Fame men’s basketball coach Jim Calhoun captained the AIC men's basketball team as it made it's first-ever NCAA tournament appearance in 1966.
Mario Elie
Three-time NBA champion Mario Elie was a three-time all-American as a member of the AIC men’s basketball team, earning second-team honors in 1984 and 1985 and third-team honors in 1983.
